New England is known for its nature-inspired landscapes and charming hamlets, and Farmington is no exception. Nestled in a quiet, wooded refuge, alongside a hypnotic babbling brook sits our latest rebranding project – The Croft Farmington. We rebranded this apartment community starting with a new name, new logo, and new color palette, all centric to its natural setting amongst trees and water. The branding elements evoke earthy colors and botanical icons in a design that is both contemporary and comforting. We rounded out the branding with executional recommendations that included out-of-home, digital, and promotional items.
