Since 1968, Newton Community Development Foundation (NCDF) has been a nonprofit community developer that owns and manages a range of rentals and communities, from market-rate listings to senior living. The challenge? To streamline their numerous communities, resident programs and services, and available listings into one hardworking, responsive website that resonates with future renters and their families. With our sharp eye for UX writing and design, the resulting website directs existing residents to the resources they need, has the ability for users to make donations, and makes it easy for the NCDF’s internal team to make updates on an ongoing basis.
