The Broadway Chapter already had the makings of a brand, and a cool, up-and-coming neighborhood with rich storytelling potential. With a visual language born from the existing color palette, we gave it a lively personality that residents could relate to. Through design textures, hyperlocal-inspired lifestyle imagery, photography filters, secondary accent colors, and geometric elements, we elevated the brand to reflect the property’s hip, eclectic neighborhood setting at Fort Worth’s Near Southside. To pay off the brand’s existing tagline, Different by Design, we crafted a brand positioning statement and headlines that put a stake in the ground in order to capture the unique living experience and lifestyle residents can expect at The Broadway Chapter.
