This combination was the perfect recipe for us to develop a lease-up branding campaign that appeals to career-focused movers-and-shakers to the adventure-seeking outdoor enthusiasts and anyone whose life is On The Rise.
We built upon the strong brand awareness that already exists for the Lenox-named communities with a unique and targeted story for Lake Highlands that still fits within the larger hierarchy of their brand. We focused on the plethora of high-end community features (on par with the more expensive downtown locations) along with the many neighborhood retail destinations, nature trails, and convenient location to major highways, which defines the community’s unique mix of urban features in a suburban setting.
