When All Seasons Ann Arbor needed a way to showcase their state-of-the-art but still under construction independent living community for seniors, our 3D Team went to work transforming architect’s CAD drawings and site plans into beautiful photorealistic renderings of the entire exterior grounds and interior amenity spaces. And while they were doing their magic, our intrepid Creative Team hopped on a flight to Ann Arbor, touched down, and immediately began capturing sweeping drone shots of the construction site, plus an array of street-level and aerial shots of nearby natural and cultural attractions. Then we wove it all together from script, to storyboard, to voiceover, to final cut. The resulting video tour invites potential residents to imagine all the possibilities of living in a vibrant college town, in a space that has been designed with both comfort and discovery in mind.
