Primary is seeking a talented copywriter to join our integrated marketing team to bring some voice, attitude and imagination to the table. We're looking for an individual who's comfortable putting ideas, good and bad on the table, then working within a team to go the distance and craft them into gems. A writer who thrives at being at the center of it all, as we're a house of 25 and you will be in pulled from all sides. A writer who's excited about social media and the opportunities it brings to elevate brands and excite with story. And a writer who can hold their own, yet wants to learn and grow with each opportunity.

Primary is a marketing agency based in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing campaigns for Real Estate clients, as that's a sweet spot here, as well as working across the many connected sectors
  • Crafting those ideas across every channel and touch point under the sun, from print to OOH, from website content to social content, and beyond
  • Working daily with a team of Art Directors, Designers, Developers and Social Media Specialists to develop smart, strategic and well-crafted solutions
  • Writing for social, specifically taking on social content creation while elevating the work as we continue to evolve our capabilities
  • Writing content for websites as you'll be working closely with an Associate Creative Director/Copywriter, Designers and UX Developers
  • Presenting directly to clients with the backing of a team, as you'll be on point often
  • Maintain a deep understanding of clients' business and brand goals

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of solid advertising agency or marketing experience
  • Ideal candidates will have hands-on integrated marketing experience, including execution of social media content, website content as well as digital and traditional ads
  • Personality, you got to have it to be any good for this job
  • Curious and flexible, as this is an industry that won't stand still so neither will we
  • A love for writing and getting words to jump off the page
  • Ability to communicate professionaly, both verbal and written
  • Shown ability to collaborate across several departments to execute marketing solutions that deliver on clients' business goals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Interest in building and maintaining client and team relationships
  • Natural problem solver, able to both lead and compromise
  • Energetic self-starter who is motivated by continuously learning and improving
  • Must have at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • And last but not least, a portfolio that impresses with both ideas and craft

Primary is seeking a talented 3D Architectural Designer to join our Visualization team in our Haverhill, MA office. The 3D Architectural Designer will be proficient in 3D Studio Max and VRay to create photorealistic renderings and animations for use in our clients’ marketing campaigns. Post production skills in Photoshop are a plus. The 3D Architectural Designer will work alongside other 3D Architectural Designers in a team environment. A sophisticated eye for design and realistic textures and lighting is a must. Must follow agency workflow and file management protocol. Applicants must be detail oriented and have the ability to juggle multiple projects in our fast-paced agency environment.,Primary is a strategic communications agency that specializes in marketing real estate projects – from residential to commercial – on a national scale. You’ll work with talented graphic designers, web designers, videographers, media planners, digital marketing specialists, and account/project managers to create integrated marketing campaigns and digital products that utilize 3D renderings and animations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Architecture/Art degree
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced skills in 3D Studio Max and rendering engines

Description

Primary is looking for a social media intern for the Fall and Spring semesters in our Haverhill, MA office. We are looking for someone who is digitally savvy and detail-oriented. The social media intern will work closely with the Digital Media Department and must be a self-starter and a team player. The ideal candidate will be an English, Communications, Marketing, PR or other related major.

Responsibilities

  • Research relevant content for our clients’ social media accounts
  • Traditional media plan research (magazines, newspapers, online publishers, OOH, etc.)
  • Write fully developed social media posts and blog entries
  • Social network and advertising maintenance
  • Attend brainstorm sessions and actively contribute
