Primary is seeking a mid-to-senior level Biz Dev pro to join our growing marketing communications agency located in Haverhill, MA. To succeed in this role, you should know the New England business landscape and be able to leverage a wide network of business relationships in and around metro Boston, North Shore and the Merrimack Valley. You will work closely with Primary’s executive team to strategically grow and diversify our client roster in appropriate industries by selling Primary’s 360 degree suite of creative services (e.g. Brand Strategy and Identity, Integrated Advertising Campaigns, Websites, Digital Experiences, Social Media, 3D Visualization, Photography).You must be a self-starter and strategic team player who has a solid understanding of the marketing and advertising business, particularly within an Agency setting. You’ll be responsible for generating new sales leads and revenue by responding to RFPs and identifying opportunities through new and existing business relationships as well as leading Primary's own marketing.

Description

Primary is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our integrated marketing team to lead digital initiatives across accounts in multiple industries. This person would be both a strategic partner to our clients as well as a leader of the Primary team in designing and developing digital engagements – including websites, email, and integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day manager of client relationships. Serving as a strategic advisor to our clients, proactively leading them through processes, recommending best-in-class solutions and ensuring their objectives are achieved
  • Responsible for managing the entire process for digital engagements, including project plans, timelines, and budgets with both clients and internal teams
  • Help to scope and estimate digital engagements, including the ability to ideate/recommend web application functionality to solve a client's business needs
  • Work with the Development team to define build strategy and functionality specifications, content population, and quality assessment of all deliverables
  • Maintain close attention-to-detail in order to provide quality control on his or her deliverables
  • Facilitate all client meetings, working with the Creative Director and Brand Director to translate that input and background knowledge into actionable direction for the internal team
  • Responsible for being a hands-on manager of his or her own projects, managing the day-to-day between clients and internal teams to drive timely, high-quality deliverables

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years experience managing technical digital projects, including design and development of websites and email campaigns. Agency experience is preferable
  • Proven ability to collaborate across several departments to execute digital marketing solutions that deliver on clients’ business goals
  • Understanding of UX / design / development principles for great work
  • Experience working in WordPress CMS and is comfortable advising clients on potential CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with agile project management for web development a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Primary is looking for an Integrated Media Director to lead paid media efforts on behalf of our wide range of Clients. The Integrated Media Director will be an integral part of the Agency as they will interface with direct reports, clients and internal teams to create media placements that will generate ROIs for Primary’s Clients. Candidates must have significant digital advertising experience to be considered as well as experience with cross-platform reporting and a proven track record of driving results for their Clients. In addition to paid media oversight, the Integrated Media Director will be responsible for managing Primary’s Social Media team and providing them with strategic guidance and ensuring social efforts are coordinated with paid efforts. Finally, this position will interface with the web team to ensure that we are creating conversion funnels on websites that we are driving traffic to and that pixels can be placed to enhance advertising and track performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Clients with strategic guidance as to where to spend media dollars to drive best ROI
  • Advise and mentor Integrated Media and Social Content teams
  • Interface with Executives at Primary to set vision for department and company
  • Integrate media efforts across channels with an emphasis on digital
  • Report ad performance regularly for all active Clients/Projects
  • Capture and submit all billing to Accounting on a monthly basis
  • Create, plan and present media strategies and plans to Clients
  • Stay on top of media and marketing trends
  • Contribute POV on new media sources to Clients regularly
  • Become familiar with our clients’ brands and industry trends
  • Be responsible for planning and purchasing all media for our clients
  • Work with our social team to plan social buys in conjunction with social content
  • Establish KPIs and regular analysis of advertising performance against them
  • Make recommendations / provide insights to clients on the performance of their advertising
  • Run regular marketing meetings with clients
  • Communicate with clients and implement ad hoc requests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or other related concentration

Primary is seeking a talented 3D Architectural Designer to join our Visualization team in our Haverhill, MA office. The 3D Architectural Designer will be proficient in 3D Studio Max and VRay to create photorealistic renderings and animations for use in our clients’ marketing campaigns. Post production skills in Photoshop are a plus. The 3D Architectural Designer will work alongside other 3D Architectural Designers in a team environment. A sophisticated eye for design and realistic textures and lighting is a must. Must follow agency workflow and file management protocol.
